About Laura:

Health and fitness has always been my passion since a very young age and led me to complete a BSc in Sports Science and Health & Human Biology.  I then started working in the fitness industry in 2004 as a Personal Trainer and haven’t looked back since.
I gained qualifications in Pre and Postnatal fitness and have worked with many women throughout their pregnancy and into their postnatal journey.

I now have 2 young children of my own so know what it’s like to train through pregnancy, how time is restricted once baby has arrived and the everyday challenges that never stop testing us!  Motherhood is a juggle and I now love helping Mums (new or experienced) be the healthiest possible versions of themselves whilst providing a holistic yet fun approach.

I am a keen runner and have completed 7 marathons (1 since giving birth), numerous half marathons, 10kms & 5kms.  I’m now looking forward to exploring my new surroundings down here in Devon.
I also hold qualifications in kettlbells, circuit training, pre and postnatal nutrition and am a Holistic Core Restore Coach.
