For those wanting a more personal bespoke programme to address specific areas such as diastasis, c-section healing or general health & fitness at any life stage. Providing one-to-one Personal Training, to push and keep you motivated.
Massage – for the pre or post-baby mum. Relax with the ‘Mum Release’ massage, or the’PostNatal Release’ when you want to feel human again, or the ‘C Section Release’ to help heal and move those C Section scars. Sport massage is also available.

Holistic Core Restore Graduate
Holistic Core Restore has taught me new skills about how to protect and also how to utilise my pelvic floor effectively in every day life. It has given me some valuable tools to ensure that I can continue to work on my pelvic health even after the course has finished.
I have started Buggy Fit when my baby was 3 months old and it was really good to have a purpose and leave the house to exercise outside, it can be quite daunting at first but I would really recommend it. Laura is really nice and welcoming, we can work at our own pace depending on our possibilities. I would highly recommend her sessions, some days might be more intense to other but I feel much better in myself, thank you to Laura!
The buggyfit class was really fun and felt like a good workout. I was a little apprehensive as I haven’t really done much exercise since my daughter was born but Laura made sure I was comfortable and working at a level that was right for me. Laura is so friendly and welcoming and the class kept my little girl entertained as well as she loved watching everyone following Laura’s instructions. I would definitely recommend buggy fit to anyone who is looking to get out and move more, have fun and meet new people!
Age 40 and 2 kids under 4, I was finding it hard to be motivated and get results without getting injured. I chose buggy fit as I trusted Laura knew what to do, especially with the complications to a post-natal body. She knows exactly how to manage each individual with a tailored plan and get the best exercise and results. I really enjoy our sessions and also get the opportunity to chat to other mums, get out in the fresh air with by babies and feel stronger and more focused on getting myself back to being me again!
Having been very active before having my baby I was desperate to get back to activity as soon as he was born but was worried about where to start. I started Buggyfit at 8 weeks postnatal and Laura has been amazing at helping me get back into fitness in a safe and enjoyable way – I can feel the improvements week on week! It’s great to meet other mums with little ones of various ages and share mummy tips.
Laura is amazing never thought I could do exercise with a baby in tow! It’s a really amazing group. Laura has helped me with my troubles and gave me so much confidence. Group is lots of fun for all the mummy’s out there
A power walk along with all the theraband work has me feeling great. Laura is so nice, she knows when to push you, but you feel supported at the same time. Gosh, I really worked harder than I thought!
Loved it! My girl loves the outdoors and we both got to exercise and meet other mums trying to fit in class, its great they are part of the workout.
